George identified a gap in current day South African Tourism and decided to do something constructive about it.
Being an ardent traveller and a meticulous person, he decided to setup a service for those who want and like the "FINER THINGS IN LIFE".
The services on offering by dESTINATION eVENTS are by no means "cheap" and the reality is only a select few would find our services relevant and affordable, our offerings are very exclusive, discrete, on the high end and not by any chance a mass market service.
We literally carefully hand select our clients and serve them like the KINGS and QUEENS that they are, treating them as ROYALTY!
Put it this way, our services do not come cheap and they are elitist in nature.

George’s background in Architecture, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Image Consulting, fashion marketing, Quality Assurance and social events gives him a unique perspective on the transformative impact of trends on destination event designing.

His inspired creativity is grounded in impeccable style and attention to the utmost detail and patience; his tireless work ethic results in flawless execution of the most complex and intriguing of events.

A perfectionist in every detail, he turns a vision into reality.

George is imperative in handling the day to day operations of the company as well as management of the event, the intricate design and the successful see through of the setup.

George's mother is a trained and qualified Fashion Designer a garden enthusiast, hence him being a fashionista with a penchant to getting every little detail in place.

Infusing and applying the fundamental principles of design and art; balance, proximity, alignment, repetition, contrast, space, proportion, emphasis, unity/variety, movement, rhythm and harmony and using them as the building blocks on each project, George draws upon his artist’s attention to detail and an energetic personality, driving his team to a high level of workmanship while remaining fully accessible to clients.
George’s strong African heritage and over 15 years of cosmopolitan living in London and a variety of design experience allow him to explore world design trends while staying firmly grounded as a devoted husband and proud, doting father of four children.

Without sounding apologetic, propelled by the recent circumstances of nature, where he was a victim of corporate Nepotism, George took the very easy choice to step out into enterpreneurship, where he can empower others to create for themselves wealth and the best "JOB" security for themselves.

George is a member of the British Computer Society, a Canadian certified Destination Event Planner, Wedding planner, Image Consultant, a certified South African SA Tour Specialist, a certified Furniture Designer, Quality Assurance specialist, an Interior designer from London and an Architect. He is also a member of several boards.
